Staff Training and Health & Safety

Gratwick House Rest Home aim to provide staff with a safe working environment. All of our staff are Health and Safety trained to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors and contractors.

The training provided is as follows:

 Fire training
 Manual Handling training
 C.O.S.H.H and R.I.D.D.O.R.
 Safeguarding of vulnerable adults
 Medication
 First Aid Training
 Risk Assessing
 Care Planning
 All Homes policies and procedures
 Infection Control
 Food Safety
 Palliative Care

In return staff will attend such training sessions and work to the homes policies and procedures.
