Please do not keep your complaint to yourself. We aim to please and deal with your complaint as efficiently as possible.
In the first instance, please make your complaint as soon as you can, either during or after the event. Speak to the carer on duty.
There may be times when you feel this is inadequate, in which times it is important to seek an answer from the manager Lorraine Barclay, or her deputy Lisa Lampard. They will investigate the circumstances surrounding your complaint and try to resolve the problem.
If your family wish to make a complaint, in the first instance please speak to the home manager or the most senior member of staff on duty. Then lodge the complaint in writing to the home manager.
It is only by being aware of problems can we improve our service provision.
Rarely, a complaint may continue to cause concern and in such circumstances, may be taken up with the national care standards commission in Worthing;
